10 Podcasts to Become THAT Girl

I’m a HUGE podcast listener. Whether it’s on my weekly HGW (hot girl walk) or when I need some focus time during my 9-5, it’s my way to disconnect and get inspiration + motivation. Some would call it free therapy 😉 Tune into these 10 podcasts to become THAT girl and live your best life!

I’ve listened to hundreds so this list really is the BEST of the best! Being “THAT” girl can mean a million different things. It doesn’t mean you have to wake up at 6am and create an organic green smoothie – but it can if that’s what makes you feel your best! Becoming THAT girl is all about growing into the woman you want to be.

Beyond The Page – This episode is SO good for anyone that wants to be inspired to live up to their fullest potential. They talk about everything from comparison on social media, following your passions, to defining success on your own terms.

The Skinny Confidential – This is probably one of the most life changing episodes that can be applied to all areas of your life – work, relationships, friendships, etc. For all of my corporate girlies, this is a MUST.

ILYSM – This is probably my favorite weekly podcast to listen to! She covers a wide range of topics from business, motivation, relationships, mental health, social media, life in your twenties, you name it! She interviews celebrities, authors, life coaches, influencers, etc. so the perspectives and advice are always different. This is one of the best podcasts for women in their 20s.

Note to Self – I’ve followed Payton for a while on IG and am a huge fan of her style and general ~aesthetic~. Her podcast is so motivational to listen to for anyone in their twenties or if you’re striving for more in life! It also helps that she’s a monotone queen so her voice is easy to listen to. This is one of the best podcasts for women!

Anything Goes – Emma is truly one of the most relatable humans of our generation. She has hustled her ass off to get the career that she has today. As young people, we all feel the need to over-achieve (I talk about this in my 1st blog ever) and she talks about those pressures and how to overcome them.

On Purpose – I love Jay and his energy! He has such a great outlook on life and is such a light. It’s probably the former monk in him! He brings on lots of motivational guests as well as solo episodes like the above that help you become a better you.

How I Built This – This has been one of my holy grails for years! Guy interviews some of my favorite brand leaders on how they started and grew their companies.

9-5ish – Another business-related pod that inspires me with bringing on women that I look up to! This is one of my fav episodes with Emma Grede who is the founder of Good American (fun-fact she pitched the brand to Kris and got Khloe to be the face of the brand – talk about a BOSS!)

Super Soul – We all love Oprah! When I need advice or motivation, she is my go-to. She gives off the best energy and is one of the most successful women of our time so I am always eager to hear her life lessons!

Thick & Thin – Every 20-something has questioned their life path, especially if you’re in your mid-twenties like me. We hate a quarter-life crisis! Katy talks about how this is something we all struggle with helping us feel not alone.

Probably a Podcast COMPLETELY different vibe than the rest of the podcasts on this list but guaranteed to feel like you’re in a room with your best friends giving you life advice and a good belly laugh.

Skinny Confidential – This is a wonderful episode on how you can make the most out of the cards you are dealt. No matter how bad they seem. He also gives some awesome tip on how to turn your hardships into your strengths!

If you want to deep dive into some of my all-time favorite pod episodes – I’ve created this playlist with all of the best episodes that I have EVER listened to and keep it updated weekly as I find new ones.
